A complete outdoor entertaining hub designed for long lunches, big occasions, and easy weeknights. The plan steps up from the pool to a generous pavilion, with broad stairs on axis and frameless glass keeping sightlines open. Strong geometry, pale stone, concrete, and warm timber set a calm, modern tone.

At the heart of the pavilion is a full outdoor kitchen: wood fired pizza oven, BBQ, beer taps, bar fridge, and a deep sink wrapped by a long island with bar seating. A timber framed dining zone sits alongside, while a lounge with a stone-faced fireplace and TV makes the space work just as well after dark. Planting is restrained to frame the architecture and keep maintenance low.
The result is a versatile, resort style setting. Swim, cook, dine, watch the game, and gather, all in one cohesive space built for everyday living and serious entertaining.
